Leadership mentor intern

Requirements:

• Passion for social impact and community development
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Previous experience in project management or community organizing
• Capability to foster rapport and trust in virtual settings
• Proficient with digital collaboration tools
• Experience in mentoring or coaching is preferred
• Background in social impact, community development, or related fields
• Dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly virtual meetings with a group of 3-5 student leaders
• Assist students in conceptualizing and executing social impact projects
• Provide constructive feedback and support during project development
• Aid students in overcoming challenges and enhancing problem-solving skills
• Cultivate an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere
• Track student progress and project achievements
• Engage in mentor development sessions
• Share experiences and best practices with fellow mentors
