Member of Technical Staff

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• At least six months of experience
• Experience using Python and machine-learning libraries or frameworks, including at least one of Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Experience developing machine-learning models, engineering features, and analyzing data
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment
• Experience with Agile development processes

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI and systems algorithms and models for challenges in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning
• Conduct foundational and applied AI research into model architectures, training methods, and evaluation techniques, and bring research outcomes into production
• Architect scalable, efficient, microservices-based systems for high-volume, real-time computation and multi-tenant environments using multi-cloud infrastructure
• Build systems that enable experimentation, reproducibility, and rapid deployment of research innovations
• Write maintainable, efficient code in languages such as Go, Python, Java, or C++, and implement models using frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Pandas, or Scikit-learn
• Use AI-assisted development tools, including Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and similar platforms, to support efficient development, code quality, and prototyping
• Improve algorithm and system speed, accuracy, and scalability through performance analysis, profiling, inference optimization, model compression, and efficient data pipelines
• Help develop our Devrevs AI platform by designing APIs, building user interfaces, and integrating large language models, search systems, internal AI tools, and third-party services
• Document algorithms, systems, and processes, and prepare technical reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and collect feedback on our AI products and solutions
• Work with our sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and inform product improvements
• Contribute to the AI and software engineering communities through open-source projects, research publications, and patent contributions
• Collaborate with external researchers and practitioners to advance AI and machine learning
• Track emerging developments and apply relevant innovations to our projects and products
• Present research findings at internal forums, conferences, and industry events
