Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect

Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to work on a W-2 basis
• 10+ years of enterprise application experience
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 architecture experience
• Expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure integration services, and Microsoft cloud technologies
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Customer Insights, and Power Platform
• Translate business needs into end-to-end technical solutions
• Define application architecture, integration patterns, security models, and data strategy
• Lead design workshops and architectural reviews
• Guide development teams on configuration, customization, and integration approaches
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and enterprise architecture standards
• Support roadmap planning and future-state architecture
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams

This is a remote Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect role providing technical and functional leadership across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will work with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to create scalable, secure, maintainable solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise standards. The W-2 hourly rate is $90–$100.
