Microsoft NAV / Business Central Systems Analyst

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP
• Experience in manufacturing environments
• A consultative communication style and ability to explain technical concepts in accessible terms
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft NAV / Business Central, data analysis, reporting, and Power BI development
• Experience supporting network systems, IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure, and ERP environments is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improvement
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Serve as our subject matter expert for Microsoft NAV / Business Central, helping ensure the system operates efficiently, securely, and effectively
• Work with stakeholders across departments to analyze business requirements, configure enhancements, support integrations, and maintain data integrity
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through technology
• Lead reporting and analytics initiatives by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources
• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions
• Collaborate with business leaders to establish key performance indicators and reporting requirements
• Promote effective data visualization and analytics practices
• Contribute to training and the ongoing development of our ERP system

We are recruiting an ERP Systems Analyst to join the technology team of a well-established, growing manufacturing organization. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the continued development of Microsoft NAV / Business Central. The position is fully on-site and is not available as a remote or hybrid opportunity. The annual salary range is CA$90,000–CA$100,000 CAD.
