Requirements:
- Active UKIC DV or eDV clearance
- Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and AD FS
- Windows Server administration experience
- Experience with PKI and SQL Server
- PowerShell automation skills
- Working knowledge of authentication protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, and NTLM
- Experience in secure government or defence environments is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Provide second-line support for Microsoft server, identity, and federation services
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational changes
- Monitor platform health, performance, and service availability
- Administer Active Directory, AD FS, Device Registration Services, and authentication platforms
- Support security patching, vulnerability remediation, and certificate management
