Mobile Application Developer

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software development experience, including significant expertise in front-end or mobile development
• Strong hands-on Flutter experience and deep knowledge of Flutter, Dart, and mobile application development
• Experience designing and working with scalable front-end architectures
• Strong understanding of shared codebases and reusable components
• Experience managing the full mobile release lifecycle across iOS and Android
• Hands-on experience with TestFlight, Google Play, app submissions, testing, and production releases
• Ability to think strategically about architecture and scalability while remaining hands-on with code
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• React experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own front-end and mobile functionality in our existing Flutter application
• Help shape our front-end architecture and engineering structure as our product and team grow
• Build scalable solutions within a shared codebase
• Assess existing architecture and identify ways to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability
• Manage the mobile development lifecycle from development and testing through deployment and production releases
• Coordinate release and platform cycles across iOS and Android
• Oversee concurrent releases and distribute test builds through platforms such as TestFlight and Google Play
• Monitor app releases, platform requirements, submissions, and app-store reviews
• Partner with leadership and engineers on technical direction, product priorities, and long-term scalability
• Establish development standards and best practices for our growing front-end team
• Contribute hands-on while serving as a senior technical voice within our organization
