MSP IT/network administrator & support technician

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider setting
• Background in supporting diverse client environments
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
• Strong problem-solving skills in cloud platforms and networking
• Ability to deliver both remote and on-site assistance
• Dependable transportation for client visits in the DC metro region
• LinkedIn profile required for application
• Technical Skills needed:
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID
• Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Expertise in Active Directory and user identity management
• Skills in troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
• Experience with RMM tools like Datto, NinjaOne, or Kaseya
• Proficiency in Intune or similar endpoint management tools

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and address infrastructure and cloud-related concerns
• Provide technical support remotely and on-site for client networks
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Assist with Windows Server and Active Directory operations
• Diagnose networking issues including connectivity and DNS complications
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting, deployments, and hardware maintenance
• Monitor systems utilizing RMM tools
• Document the steps taken during troubleshooting and system configurations
