MSP IT Technician

Requirements:

• I expect you to have a strong foundation in Windows 11 operating systems and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Teams.
• You should possess knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Apple environments will be considered an asset.
• A solid understanding of network devices, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, Layer 3 routing, and VLANs, is essential.
• You must have at least 4 years of experience in help desk support, Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and Azure.

Responsibilities:

• My expectations include your ability to diagnose and resolve workstation, network, and server-related issues, including internet and wireless access.
• You will be providing remote technical support to our clients via phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Occasionally, you will need to offer onsite support, which requires you to travel to client locations.
