.NET Full Stack Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, plus at least 8 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Advanced experience with AngularJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript, including hooks and functional components, to create scalable, high-performance interfaces.
• Strong backend development skills with .NET and Node.js, including APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using REST, gRPC, Thrift, or Koa.
• Solid knowledge of system design, distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, RDS, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Redis.
• Strong AWS experience, including services such as ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch; familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools such as CircleCI.
• Experience with unit, integration, API, and UI testing using tools such as Jest and Cypress, as well as observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog and CloudWatch.
• Understanding of networking and security fundamentals, including DNS, authentication, encryption, and secure API design.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Gemini, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot, and with Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Ability to independently own complex technical initiatives, analyze and debug challenging problems, and balance engineering quality with business priorities and delivery commitments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities across distributed engineering, product, and architecture teams.
• A mentoring approach and the ability to guide engineers, promote accountability, and support continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade full-stack applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and data layers.
• Develop scalable, reusable frontend experiences and robust backend APIs and microservices, integrating them through REST, gRPC, Thrift, and event-driven patterns.
• Design cloud-native solutions on AWS, including containerized platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
• Own features from initial design through deployment, production support, and ongoing improvement.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture and code reviews, and promote high standards for testing, security, observability, performance, and maintainability.
• Establish comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, API, and Cypress-based UI regression testing, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and work closely with product managers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Explain technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Guide technical initiatives by shaping architecture decisions, defining implementation approaches, and supporting teams through delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, communicate risks, and align delivery with business outcomes.
• Provide technical mentorship, design guidance, and constructive code-review feedback to strengthen team capabilities and engineering quality.
• Contribute effectively in distributed Agile teams, taking ownership of sprint commitments, release quality, and production readiness.
