Network Engineer - Cisco and Cloud Technologies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong background in network security and technologies (IP, VPN, Wireless, etc.).
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft O365, Active Directory, DNS, CISCO Meraki, RFA, and firewalls.
• Experience resolving various network challenges efficiently.
• Excellent customer service abilities focused on client satisfaction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of printers, software support, and firewall management.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with quick thinking.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer support by troubleshooting complex network issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Resolve a variety of network problems including Firewall Support, Microsoft O365, printers, and software issues.
• Oversee and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot network hardware, particularly CISCO Meraki devices.
• Engage with Active Directory, DNS, and other network services.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new network solutions and enhance existing networks.
• Perform regular network performance assessments.
• Offer remote support utilizing tools like Zoom and RFA.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of network issues and their solutions for future reference.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in network technology.
