Requirements:
- Strong understanding of network support and troubleshooting
- Previous experience in a networking-focused role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 IT support to staff and students across the district, resolving an average of 8–14 ServiceNow tickets per day
- Work with executives, teachers, and other staff to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot routers, switches, servers, web filters, group policies, and network connectivity
- Create system images and provide day-to-day software and application support
- Troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, printers, smartboards, and phones
- Provide direction and technical guidance to junior Network Specialists
- Complete summer projects, including technology rollouts, migrations, and upgrades
