Operations Technology Expert

Requirements:

• 1+ year of IT support, help desk, or technology experience preferred
• Comfortable troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple requests
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, point-of-sale systems, printers, and other devices
• Resolve Wi-Fi, network, and internet connectivity issues
• Assist staff with software, logins, and everyday technology questions
• Install updates and keep equipment and systems operating smoothly
• Track issues, document fixes, and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Train team members to use new tools and technology
