PeopleSoft/SQL Developer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Financials development, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools and technologies, including Application Engine, Application Packages, Integration Broker, Data Mover, Component Interface, PeopleCode, and pages/components.
• Experience developing and maintaining SQR programs, and testing, troubleshooting, and supporting Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP environments, including HCM and Financial Management Systems.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and REST API web services, plus monitoring and troubleshooting scheduled and batch jobs.
• Ability to diagnose complex application issues and deliver reliable technical solutions.
• Experience with financial reconciliation software; Accurate is strongly preferred. Trintech or Frontier experience may be considered with exceptional SQL skills.
• Expert SQL development skills, including stored procedures, SSIS packages, SQL Server Agent jobs, and complex SQL and T-SQL queries.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to SQL accuracy, data integrity, and validation.
• Experience developing and maintaining SSRS reports and working with SQL Server or comparable relational database platforms.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and SQL Server security and configuration, including logins, permissions, roles, and linked servers.
• Ability to write, analyze, debug, and optimize complex SQL statements.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML/XSLT; knowledge of SDLC practices and file processing tools and techniques.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and willingness to work across enterprise technologies, including modern development tools and AI-enabled solutions.
• Preferred: experience with PeopleSoft Financials or other ERP financial applications; exposure to PeopleSoft HCM Payroll for North America and Benefits; experience with Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages; and experience supporting multiple enterprise applications simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance application code, reviewing and modifying existing programs as needed.
• Analyze business and technical requirements, prepare functional and technical specifications, and review programming specifications.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, and answer technical questions from end users and IT staff.
• Conduct unit testing and support integration, system, and other application testing.
• Plan and coordinate technical implementations for application releases and system changes.
