Requirements:
- Experience in Product Management, ideally within manufacturing, utilities, infrastructure, or a related sector
- Proven experience in product strategy, portfolio management, and product launches
- Experience working across product development, customer-facing, and commercial functions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to commute to the Alfreton area of Derbyshire
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Gather customer and market requirements and translate them into product specifications
- Support new product development projects through the Stage-Gate process, including business case preparation and product launches
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support successful product development and commercial readiness
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, quality trends, and competitor activity
- Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost reduction, and margin improvement
- Build relationships with customers, distributors, consultants, and industry stakeholders
- Provide technical and commercial product expertise to support Sales, Marketing, and product literature
- Monitor relevant legislation and industry standards, supporting product compliance and robust product governance processes
- Liaise with industry bodies, including BPF, and research emerging industry developments
