Product Owner / Technology Product Manager

Requirements:

• Strong experience in product management, Agile delivery, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience managing or supporting delivery of technology initiatives or programs.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and tools such as Jira and Confluence or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage concurrent initiatives across the delivery lifecycle and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise change management, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar Agile role, with proven backlog management and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks; SAFe experience is preferred for large enterprises.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams on technology delivery and writing actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Preferred: Agile or product methodology certification, such as CSPO or SAFe PO/PM.
• Preferred: Experience in financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• Preferred: Familiarity with infrastructure, platform, or enterprise technology domains, including mainframe, cloud, and automation.
• Preferred: Experience with portfolio-level planning tools such as Jira Align.
• Preferred: Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders and align competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog by defining, refining, and prioritizing features and user stories.
• Liaise with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery partners to align on scope and outcomes.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and work with Scrum teams to plan, execute, and deliver increments.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical user stories.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities, change management processes, and risk and compliance standards.
• Coordinate initiatives across different stages of the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering on dependencies, technical design considerations, and release planning.
