Programmer Analyst

Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree.
• We require 5+ years of experience with Java, including strong object-oriented programming skills and familiarity with enterprise Java application development.
• We require 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot, including building scalable and maintainable RESTful APIs.
• We require 5+ years of experience with Angular and responsive single-page web application development.
• We require 5+ years of experience with SQL, including writing efficient queries for data manipulation, reporting, and relational database work.
• We prefer familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• We prefer exposure to CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git.
• We prefer understanding of secure coding practices and application performance tuning.
• We prefer experience supporting child support applications, programs, or initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• We design, build, test, and support new and existing software applications, including a mobile app for child support.
• We develop program modules and provide dependable production support for assigned applications and systems.
• We create, enhance, and test application programs, including new development and improvements to existing modules.
• We deliver production support through issue analysis, bug fixes, testing, and deployment to production environments.
• We collaborate with Application Architects and Business Analysts to validate functional and technical designs.
• We prepare and maintain technical documentation and take part in scheduled design reviews.
• We analyze requirements, code, and test simple to moderately complex program modules to ensure quality and alignment with design specifications.
• We apply strong technical, industry, and domain knowledge to project work and daily tasks.
• We contribute to ongoing improvements in coding practices, system performance, and team processes.
