Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of Progress OpenEdge development experience
- Ability to work independently from established requirements and technical specifications
- Experience collaborating with architects, project leads, and cross-functional teams
- Strong testing and troubleshooting experience; Jira experience preferred
- AI development or AI-assisted development experience is a plus
- Experience supporting integrations with SAP environments is a plus
