Project Coordinator

🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Project Coordinator🔹

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and driving the implementation of DDoS, Web Application Firewall (WAF) capabilities across business applications.

The role acts as the primary coordination point between application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful planning, communication, onboarding, and delivery of security controls.

The Project Coordinator manages project activities, tracks progress and ensures that all stakeholders remain informed throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Project plans and implementation schedules.
• Stakeholder communication and status reports.
• Meeting agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
• Risk, issue, and dependency management documentation.
• Application onboarding and implementation tracking.
• Implementation readiness and go-live reports.

Requirements:

• Project coordinator skills.
• Strong communication.
• Organizational.
• Stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• DDoS knowledge

Possible location in Poland : Gdańsk (3 days per week from office)
