Python Developer (GenAI)

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years delivering enterprise applications powered by GenAI.
• Strong full-stack engineering background and experience building production-grade AI systems across AI, backend, cloud, and DevOps technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, and API development with REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Experience with LLMs such as GPT and Claude; LangChain or Strands; RAG; and natural language processing.
• Skills in data analysis, preparation, and curation; document ingestion and knowledge-base creation; embeddings; and semantic search.
• Experience with vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, or Weaviate, and databases including PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of AWS services including Bedrock, ECS Fargate, S3, and Guardrails.
• Experience with Ping Identity, OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, authentication, and authorization.
• Familiarity with Jenkins or GitLab, GitOps, Docker, and security vulnerability mitigation.
• Experience with ReactJS or Streamlit and enterprise tools such as Portkey, Apigee, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Preferred: experience building enterprise AI agents, copilots, or knowledge assistants; implementing AI guardrails and LLM governance; and familiarity with LLMOps and AI observability platforms.
• Enthusiasm for building automation solutions powered by agentic AI.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build agentic AI applications that automate enterprise workflows and decision-making.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using models such as GPT and Claude, and create agents and orchestration workflows with LangChain or Strands.
• Implement RAG solutions with vector databases, and prepare and curate data for AI and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Create document-ingestion pipelines for enterprise knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
• Deploy secure, scalable AI workloads on AWS, including Bedrock, ECS Fargate, and S3.
• Develop and integrate enterprise APIs and web services, and implement secure authentication and authorization.
• Build user interfaces for AI applications using ReactJS or Streamlit.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, apply GitOps practices, and containerize and deploy applications to cloud platforms.
• Apply security best practices, including vulnerability scanning, dependency management, and container security.
