QA Automation

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in QA automation
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium or Pytest
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Ability to write clear, concise test cases and documentation
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented approach
• Preferred: experience with CI/CD tools, performance testing tools such as JMeter, cloud-based testing environments, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create test plans
• Run automated tests and analyze results to assess software quality
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality
• Improve testing processes and methodologies
• Keep current with QA automation trends and best practices
