Quadient Developer

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of overall IT experience
• Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire customer communications management (CCM) solutions
• Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting high-volume, customer-focused communications across print and digital channels
• Exposure to AI tools such as Claude, with an interest in using AI for productivity, automation, and content optimization
• Strong technical depth and domain understanding

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Quadient Inspire solutions for customer communications across print, email, archive, and digital channels
• Create and enhance composition templates, workflows, layouts, data mappings, and business rules using Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, compliant CCM solutions
• Ensure the accuracy, performance, and consistency of communications processed in high-volume batch and on-demand environments
• Integrate Quadient solutions with upstream and downstream systems, including core applications, document repositories, and delivery platforms
• Investigate production issues through impact analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions
• Use AI tools such as Claude for requirements analysis, coding assistance, documentation, testing support, and process optimization
• Support Quadient version upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements
• Follow organizational standards for security, compliance, quality, and documentation
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best-practice support
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and operations to deliver solutions end to end
