Quality Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Engineering Lead to drive quality assurance and quality control activities within a complex engineering environment. In this role, you will lead quality initiatives, coordinate cross-functional engineering activities, and ensure products and services meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing quality strategies, improving operational effectiveness, and supporting major engineering projects with significant business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective quality assurance and quality control methods, procedures, and standards.
• Review, coordinate, and maintain quality specifications for projects, products, and operational frameworks.
• Monitor and evaluate quality programs, metrics, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement measures to improve quality performance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate complex engineering activities across one or more engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical guidance and consultation to management and stakeholders on advanced engineering and quality topics.
• Investigate and resolve complex quality and engineering challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
• Mentor and support engineers while leading quality-related activities and projects.

Required Qualifications / skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field with 6+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Strong experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to lead complex engineering projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within manufacturing, industrial engineering, automation, electrical, mechanical, or related engineering industries.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, quality metrics, audits, and process improvement methodologies.
