Quant Developer / Software Engineer - DeFi WealthTech

Requirements:

• Strong Python and TypeScript skills, along with solid systems fundamentals.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar domains.
• Experience developing on-chain or blockchain strategies, such as basis trades, funding-rate arbitrage, and lending, borrowing, or looping strategies.
• Previous experience managing capital risk and building systems to monitor and control risk in volatile markets.
• Deep on-chain knowledge and a thorough technical and economic understanding of swaps, lending, automated market makers (AMMs), and perpetuals.
• Nice to have: Strong Python and TypeScript skills, particularly with type-safe boundaries, domain-driven architecture, and correctness in financial systems.
• Nice to have: Experience building production systems with Cloudflare Workers, Workflows, Durable Objects, Queues, R2, D1, KV, Pipelines, service bindings, and scheduled triggers; designing stateful, event-driven, edge-native systems; and managing infrastructure with Wrangler and Alchemy.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Viem/Wagmi, ZeroDev Kernel smart accounts, session-key permissions, SIWE/Privy authentication, and bundler/paymaster infrastructure. EVM experience is expected; Solana/SVM and cross-chain execution experience are strong advantages.
• Nice to have: Experience with Hono, tRPC, Zod, durable workflows, event-driven architecture, and realtime systems, including designing idempotent, replay-safe execution across distributed Cloudflare services.
• Nice to have: Comfort with agent-native engineering, using coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code for research, implementation, testing, and review while retaining ownership of architecture, security, and correctness.
