Remote Consumer Research Participant

Requirements:

• We need you to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• We value strong attention to detail and a naturally curious mindset.
• We ask that you can commit to 15-25 hours per week and maintain a regular routine.
• You should have access to a computer and a dependable internet connection.
• You need a digital camera or a cell phone capable of taking photos.
• We expect honesty and reliability.
• Good communication skills are considered an advantage.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities:

• We ask you to document each In-Home Usage Test exactly as directed in the daily schedule, including screenshots, audio, video, and product journal entries.
• We require you to handle the tested product carefully and use it responsibly.
• You will follow the daily project schedule closely, which may involve unpacking items, reading instructions, keeping journals, giving online or mobile feedback, using the product for a set period, writing reviews, and taking photos.
• Some projects may involve using our mobile in-home use test technology to capture point-of-emotion insights.
• You may take part in private chat room discussions about the product when applicable.
• You will write reviews as requested for each project.

We are Online Consumer Panels America, a consulting firm focused on product testing and product development. We design and run In-Home Usage Testing locally and nationwide to gather real-time user feedback for companies and market research firms, helping evaluate products for certification and broader market access. This is a remote, flexible opportunity with no previous experience required, and we offer weekly pay every Wednesday by direct deposit or cheque. The role is suited to entry-level, temporary, seasonal, or part-time work, and in most cases you may keep the product you tested.
