Requirements:

• Ability to manage cases with appropriate supervision

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters
• Collaborate closely with senior partners on complex business disputes
• Handle cases involving real estate disagreements, shareholder conflicts, and trade secret issues
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and pleadings
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic legal guidance
• Attend hearings and depositions to advocate for clients interests
• Contribute to the firms culture of mentorship and professional development
