Requirements:
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development
- Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Components, Visualforce, and the Salesforce platform
- Mandatory Financial Services Cloud (FSC) expertise and banking domain experience, including retail banking, lending, customer onboarding, or KYC
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and Agentforce AI, including Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, or Einstein AI
- Experience with Omni-Channel routing, messaging, queues, and workforce management
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and enterprise solution design
- Technical leadership experience, including communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: MuleSoft, CI/CD tools such as AutoRABIT, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins, Salesforce security and compliance, and enterprise integration architecture
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Salesforce AI/Agentforce
- W2 candidates only; immediate joiners or candidates with short notice are preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation
- Build scalable applications with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and the Lightning Platform
- Implement Financial Services Cloud capabilities for Customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending, and relationship management
- Create unified customer data solutions with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
- Develop AI-powered experiences using Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and Agent Builder
- Configure and optimize Omni-Channel routing, messaging, queues, and agent capacity
- Design and deliver enterprise integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Lead technical reviews, mentor development teams, and uphold delivery quality
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams throughout project execution
