Salesforce Developer

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD tools such as Copado.
• Understanding of Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Experience developing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Salesforce App Builder certification.
• Copado Fundamentals I certification.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and help develop technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Build and maintain Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and standard platform capabilities.
• Support integrations with internal and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality controls.
• Participate in system testing, defect resolution, and release deployments.
• Create and maintain technical and configuration documentation, along with support materials.
• Assist with Salesforce platform upgrades, enhancements, and environment management.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support as needed.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Coordinate with QA and DevOps teams to support CI/CD deployment processes.

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer for our Fortune 500 client in New York, NY. The role supports Salesforce solutions for business operations and customer-facing processes, working closely with business analysts, administrators, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. This is a hybrid position with three days onsite and two remote in New York. The first interview round is remote via MS Teams, and the second takes place onsite in New York.
