Salesforce Developer

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, Async Apex, SOQL, and data modeling.
• Experience handling large data volumes and improving performance.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce customization, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security models.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Knowledge of Salesforce REST and Bulk APIs and integration patterns.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams.
• Strong communication skills and executive-level presence, including the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Preferred: financial services industry experience and exposure to cloud-native application development.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with APIs and web services, and Java or other backend technologies.
• Preferred: familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Bitbucket, and Git-based source control workflows.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
• Understanding of OMNI-Channel and advanced Salesforce capabilities.
