Salesforce Systems Trainer

Requirements:

• Salesforce knowledge and a Salesforce qualification or equivalent
• Ability to train staff on the benefits and effective use of Salesforce systems
• Ability to commute to Lutterworth twice per week

Responsibilities:

• Train staff in the effective use and benefits of our Salesforce systems
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and identify opportunities for the system to add value across departments
• Take strategic ownership of our business-critical CRM and partner platform
• Design, test, and deploy scalable automated workflows using Salesforce Flows
• Configure custom architecture, data models, and sandboxes for release cycles
• Manage user profiles, role hierarchies, and platform security compliance
• Build operational reporting dashboards to track international pipeline health
