Salesforce Technical Project Lead

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience on software development teams applying Agile principles, practices, and theory.
• Strong servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
• Knowledge of Scrum patterns and techniques, including burndown practices, retrospectives, and defect handling.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Salesforce CRM expertise.
• AI and GenAI knowledge preferred.
• Experience with other Agile approaches such as XP, Kanban, Crystal, or FDD preferred.
• Awareness of Agile techniques such as user stories, ATDD, TDD, continuous integration, continuous testing, pairing, automated testing, and Agile games preferred.
• Experience managing IT project finances preferred.
• Applicable knowledge of team technologies preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead JAD sessions, establish context, summarize outcomes, and manage follow-ups.
• Work with LOB, FL, and architects to develop agendas.
• Coordinate with the Product Manager and Product Owner on requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with architects on solution designs and lead design reviews with business and technology stakeholders.
• Plan and lead PI activities, coordinating breakout sessions across participating teams.
• Engage service providers through required intake forums and manage delivery dependencies end to end.
• Track and manage project finances, negotiations, risk escalations, and mitigation plans.
• Lead technology workgroups in tracking progress across all SDLC phases.
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end testing and production certification with stakeholders.
• Lead triage during LLE and after production launches, helping stakeholders resolve issues promptly.
• Lead and track MRA activities with change coordinators.
• Provide timely status updates to leadership and LOB alongside the PMO delivery lead.
• Assess each releases significance with the PMO and coordinate required documentation and review sessions.

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Project Lead to guide cross-functional delivery of Salesforce CRM initiatives, using Agile delivery, stakeholder facilitation, and project financial management to support timely, high-quality releases throughout the SDLC. This is a 12-month contract with an anticipated November start and three required onsite days per week in Pennington, New Jersey, or Charlotte, North Carolina.
