SAP BRIM Project Manager

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT delivery or support experience, including 4+ years dedicated to SAP BRIM and 3+ years in project management or application maintenance services.
• Functional or technical expertise in at least two SAP BRIM components (SOM, CC, CI, or RAR), plus familiarity with the end-to-end data pipeline.
• Experience managing structured ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management, using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technical teams—including developers, functional consultants, BASIS, and middleware teams—across distributed time zones.
• Familiarity with SAP integration technologies such as OData, REST APIs, IDocs, and SAP CPI, and with reconciling rated events against general ledger entries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day Level 2 and Level 3 production support operations across the SAP BRIM suite.
• Track and report operational KPIs, including MTTA, MTTR, SLA compliance, ticket backlog trends, and first-time-fix rates.
• Act as the primary escalation point for Priority 1 and Priority 2 billing, mediation, rating, and invoicing incidents; lead root cause analyses and post-incident reviews.
• Manage recurring operational processes, including month-end billing cycles, automated rating batches, bill-run failures, out-of-sequence consumption data, and financial posting reconciliations.
• Manage minor releases, change requests, and platform enhancements using hybrid Agile/Scrum or Waterfall approaches.
• Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, sprint backlogs, RAID logs, and release-readiness checklists.
• Coordinate delivery from requirements discovery and solution design through build, system integration and regression testing, cutover, and post-deployment stabilization; work with business finance, IT steering committees, system integrators, and vendors.
• Provide functional governance across SAP SOM, SAP CC, SAP CI, and SAP RAR, covering subscription management, charging, invoicing, revenue posting, reconciliation, and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate integration integrity across SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP CPQ, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), external CRM systems, and data mediation layers.
