SAP Payroll Consultant Lead (S/4HANA)

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree.
• 5–8 years of direct experience with SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll.
• Hands-on expertise writing and tuning PCRs and schemas.
• Track record of at least five full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with CATS.
• Technical knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll localizations for Mexico, Costa Rica, and/or Peru.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Preferred: Hands-on testing experience using HPALM for test suite execution and documentation.
• Preferred: Experience working in global client matrix environments or consulting teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead system design, application builds, and configuration for SAP Time Management and Payroll solutions.
• Modify and optimize PCRs and schemas for time evaluation and payroll processing.
• Provide support, break/fix solutions, and minor enhancements for LATAM regional payroll systems, including local tax, benefits, and vacation requirements.
• Develop unit test scripts in HPALM and support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Implement and manage positive and negative time CATS in SAP S/4HANA environments.

This is a contract role based remotely, with work hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The hourly pay range is $50.66–$60.66; final compensation depends on factors such as education, experience, work location, duties, and certifications.
