SAP S/4HANA Program Manager

Requirements:

• We are looking for proven SAP S/4HANA program management experience.

• SAP certifications are preferred.
• A consulting background with enterprise transformation experience is preferred.
• Experience delivering business process transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches is preferred.
• Senior-level SAP S/4HANA program leadership is expected.
• Strong Life Insurance domain expertise is preferred.
• Excellent client-facing and executive communication skills are expected.
• Availability to work from New York City is expected.

Responsibilities:

• We will lead the full SAP S/4HANA transformation program from start to finish.
• We will establish program governance, reporting structures, and executive communications.
• We will coordinate cross-functional business, technology, and vendor teams.
• We will manage planning, delivery execution, risk handling, and issue resolution.
• We will align business objectives with SAP solution delivery.
• We will oversee system integrators and third-party partners.
• We will manage budgets, timelines, dependencies, and resource planning.
• We will lead stakeholder engagement and executive-level status reporting.
• We will support organizational change management and business adoption efforts.
• We will ensure successful go-live deployment and post-launch stabilization.
