SAP SD/EWM Business Process Owner

Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or at least four years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
• We require at least two years of SAP SD or Customer Service experience, preferably with S/4HANA.
• We require experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts and proven experience optimizing Order-to-Cash processes.
• We expect strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates must be able to travel up to 50%.
• Preferred: SAP SD or S/4HANA certification; familiarity with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, and/or TM; five or more years of SAP SD or Customer Service experience; global or multi-site implementation experience; knowledge of data migration, system integrations, testing strategies, and change management; experience with S/4HANA SD configuration and Fiori apps; and understanding of IDOCs, interfaces, and data flows.

Responsibilities:

• You will own and standardize local end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including order entry, delivery, billing, invoicing, and returns.
• You will harmonize SD processes across regions, plants, and distribution centers, ensuring alignment with global and business-area templates, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• You will create and maintain the local and business-area repository of SAP work instructions.
• You will serve as the SAP SD/EWM functional expert in S/4HANA, covering customer master data, sales orders, route schedules, pricing, billing, quoting, accruals, rebates, and credit management.
• You will ensure appropriate integration with MM, FI, and logistics processes.
• You will translate business needs into SAP functional specifications and act as the main liaison between business users and SAP/IT teams.
• You will support workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation for local and business-area projects.
• You will lead SD workstream activities for S/4HANA implementations and rollouts, including data cleansing and validation.
