Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Three years of experience in software testing and test automation
- Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, SQL, and Unix Shell
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, LangChain, Pandas, and machine learning libraries
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, and API testing frameworks
- Knowledge of AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CloudBees, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipeline automation
- Experience setting up and maintaining test environments
- Proven experience using AI tools for test generation, refactoring, and self-healing
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience building and scaling testing agents, and knowledge of context engineering for AI-driven testing
- Jira and Confluence skills are required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; adaptability, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently
- Preferred: experience with modern testing frameworks beyond Selenium, machine learning or AI applications, microservices, and containerized applications
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Deploy and configure automation assets in CloudBees CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation infrastructure
- Create AI-based automation solutions using AWS Bedrock and frameworks such as LangChain
- Integrate AI agents and solutions with existing automation platforms
- Implement self-healing test scripts and Intelligent Test Automation strategies
- Apply context engineering to improve the relevance and coverage of AI-driven testing
