Security Officer - Data Center - South Bend

Requirements:

• We need candidates who can pass a drug screening and background investigation.
• A valid drivers license is required.
• Applicants must meet all state, county, and municipal licensing standards for security officers.
• We require the ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• We are looking for critical thinkers who can assess situations and make sound decisions.
• Strong observation skills are important for monitoring environments closely.
• The ability to follow procedures and guidelines is essential.

• Weekend shift availability is required.

Responsibilities:

• We protect our clients people and assets at a data center location.
• We serve as the friendly first point of contact for visitors and others arriving on site.
• We monitor surroundings carefully and report anything unusual or concerning.
• We follow established security protocols and site instructions.
• We work 2nd shift or 3rd shift, with at least one weekend shift required.
• We may support full-time or part-time scheduling, depending on the role.
• We use good judgment to assess situations and respond appropriately.
