  • Diagnose SQL errors, inconsistent data, blocking, deadlocks, long-running processes, and performance problems; review execution plans and coordinate improvements with the database administrator.
  • Create validation queries, transaction controls, error handling, logging, and rollback procedures, and participate in peer reviews while maintaining source-controlled technical documentation.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SyteLine 9 customizations, reports, interfaces, background tasks, forms, IDOs, application events, stored procedures, and supporting database objects while avoiding unsupported changes to core objects.

  • Assist Data Engineering with source analysis, field mapping, extracts, transformations, reconciliation, data-quality investigations, integrations, reporting, analytics, and migration work.
  • Partner with the database administrator on database design, indexing, security, performance tuning, deployment planning, maintenance, and recovery needs; coordinate resolution of cross-system issues.
  • Support data conversion and validation for Holleys transition from SyteLine to Infor LN, maintaining the stability of the current ERP environment and preserving critical business logic.
  • Work with business users to understand workflows, priorities, pain points, and desired outcomes; provide timely support, communicate during incidents, and explain technical findings clearly to users, support teams, and leadership.
  • Prepare and maintain solution designs, support procedures, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles, and train users and support personnel on features, process changes, and appropriate system use.
