Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of IT experience and strong familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager, or BMC Atrium
- Practical coding and automation experience with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs, or similar technologies
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain our CMDB, ensuring its data is accurate, current, and well documented
- Create reports and dashboards that deliver useful insights for audits, configuration status, lifecycle management, and executive decisions
- Improve data quality by introducing automated workflows, discovery tools, and system integrations
- Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards, and policies
- Work with teams across our organization to collect and analyze data and develop scalable CMDB capabilities
