Requirements:
- Considerable knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 11 or later, MS Office, Outlook, and MS365
- Strong understanding of PC hardware, peripherals, networks, computer systems, drivers, and BIOS
- Familiarity with SCCM and SMS, as well as remote-support tools such as Remote Desktop and DameWare
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to gather user feedback to improve training
- Openness to learning new technologies
Responsibilities:
- Deliver desktop support and assist end users across our organization
- Maintain hardware and software systems and perform general troubleshooting
- Carry out laptop refresh initiatives
- Connect remotely to workstations using software tools such as SCCM, Remote Desktop, and DameWare
- Install and configure software and resolve complex technical issues
- Run reports and analyze recurring complaints and technical problems
- Gather feedback from users to help improve training methods
