Senior Developer

Responsibilities:

• We lead an in-house team of Developers, Associate Developers, and Administrative Assistants.
• We oversee and coordinate multiple real estate development projects from start to finish.
• We identify and evaluate real estate development opportunities.
• We determine site suitability and financial feasibility for potential projects.
• We review RFPs and RFQs before submission.
• We build strong public-private partnerships.
• We present to municipalities to create new development opportunities.
• We deliver professional presentations to financiers, municipalities, and community stakeholders.
• We direct architects and engineers in the design of proposed developments.
• We manage all financial aspects of each development.
• We negotiate with contractors and other professionals.
• We ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• We oversee lease-up of completed developments and communicate limiting criteria.
• We monitor the in-house development team in a structured way.
• We balance internal and external viewpoints diplomatically and on time.
• We direct the workload and priorities of all development team members.

We are responsible for the full spectrum of real estate development projects and provide leadership across our in-house development team.
