Senior Elixir Software Engineer

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of work experience, including 5 or more years developing with Elixir
• Ability to deliver projects across the full development lifecycle
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Own features and problems from understanding user needs through design, delivery, and ongoing support
• Design and build full-stack solutions for internal and public-facing web applications, making pragmatic architectural choices
• Use AI tools and agents to increase leverage, then review, test, and strengthen the resulting work
• Contribute across analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, and support
• Lead code reviews, promote high-quality engineering, and mentor colleagues
• Work directly with end users and stakeholders to understand the business needs behind requests
• Help establish estimates and milestones, weigh technical risks against cost and deadlines, and keep projects on track
• Help shape the engineering teams and companys future roadmap
