Senior Identity and Access Management Architect

Requirements:

• Senior-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture experience
• Strong hands-on user provisioning expertise
• Familiarity with Workday, Banner, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, OneLogin, and downstream applications
• Ability to apply modern IAM, security, governance, and least-privilege practices

Responsibilities:

• Assess, modernize, and improve our user provisioning environment
• Design secure, scalable, and reliable identity lifecycle processes across our systems and downstream applications
• Establish authoritative identity sources and automate joiner, mover, and leaver processes
• Support employee and student identities, including dual affiliations
• Implement monitoring, reconciliation, error handling, and deprovisioning safeguards
• Define our target-state IAM architecture and develop a phased modernization roadmap
• Guide implementation in line with modern IAM, security, governance, and least-privilege practices
