Senior IT Analyst

🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Senior IT Analyst🔹

Responsibilities:

• Design new reporting solutions and provide requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, business analysts, other IT Analysts, developers and testers.
• Together with the Product Owner, collaborate with multiple stakeholders in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable and reliable solutions.
• Be the bridge between business and IT development team.
• Facilitate understanding and impact of requirements from business to technology and vice versa.

Requirements:

• Self-driven team player
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and enjoy interactions with other people
• Good business or technical background with great analytical skills, have good requirement elicitation skills
• Familiar with agile ways of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban),
• Structured and with analytical mindset - able to handle complexity
• Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis
• Good understanding of data flow integration
• Ability to scrutinize data to understand data content and behaviour - experience with SQL
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Possible location in Poland : Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warszawa or Łódź (3 days per week from office)
