• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, including managing a 24/7 IT Service Desk
• Proven experience leading a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced IT environment

We are hiring a Senior IT Operations Manager at our corporate headquarters at 12575 Uline Drive in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Our 450-plus-person in-house technology team builds and supports custom systems at scale, serving business operations from warehouse management to e-commerce.
