Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience developing with the Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules.
- At least 7 years of experience identifying problems and applying integrated technical skills to resolve issues.
- At least 7 years of experience explaining complex technical concepts to technical staff and non-IT business users.
- At least 7 years of experience developing web applications with J2EE, XML, and related tools.
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle database platforms and tools is highly desired.
- At least 5 years of experience with state government IT functions is highly desired.
- At least 3 years of experience with Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA is desired.
- At least 3 years of experience with Cúram Web Services is desired.
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS or other cloud development is desired.
- At least 3 years of experience programming in Python is desired.
- Three years of experience with JavaScript and IBM WebSphere is a plus.
- Cúram V6, V7, or V8 Certified Developer qualification is required; V8 is preferred, with 7 years specified.
- At least 7 years of social enterprise management experience.
- At least 7 years of Cúram development experience across the full lifecycle, from requirements through functional design and testing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for NC FAST application development and maintenance using Java, ReactJS, and Cúram.
- Work with the NC FAST Food Nutrition Services team to design, develop, and maintain code for business-requested enhancements and help resolve defects from the backlog.
