Requirements:

• Strong experience in backend Java development
• Experience with Spring Boot, REST API development, and integrations
• Experience building scalable enterprise applications
• Cloud experience; GCP is preferred, with AWS or Azure also accepted
• Agile experience
• Payments experience is a plus
• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong communication skills and the confidence to ask thoughtful questions or seek help when needed
• Open to coaching and collaboration, and takes ownership of their work
• Must be available and ready to work directly as a Genesis10 employee

This hybrid role is based in Columbus, Ohio; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Dallas, Texas; or Charlotte, North Carolina, with compensation of $59–$69 per hour on W-2, depending on qualifications.
