Requirements:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, Angular, and OpenAPI/Swagger
- Experience with full-stack development, solution and microservices architecture, and REST API design and integration
- Knowledge of secure software development, system design, and performance engineering
- Experience with code reviews, quality governance, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
- U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver enterprise-scale applications that are secure, scalable, and high-performing
- Define end-to-end application architecture and establish development standards, branching strategies, code review frameworks, and security practices
- Provide technical leadership across development teams, guide architectural governance, and review critical code paths
- Ensure applications meet quality, performance, scalability, and security requirements
- Advise client stakeholders and senior leaders, translating technical decisions into business outcomes
- Mentor development leads and engineers, promote technical excellence, and manage architectural risks and technical debt
- Deliver business-critical applications to aggressive timelines while meeting SLAs and performance objectives
