Requirements:
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Angular (JavaScript), Core Java, Spring Boot, microservice architecture, and Hazelcast distributed caching
- Hands-on Python experience
- Experience with AI SDLC, Spec-Driven Design, AI development, and designing or developing redesigned workflows using agentic orchestration
- Experience with MS SQL/RDBMS or NoSQL MongoDB, including complex SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, self-motivation, and an interest in innovation
- Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
- Familiarity with financial markets and capital market asset classes is preferred; experience in equity, banking, or financial industry projects is desirable
- Experience with Copilot, Spec-Driven Development, AI, and agentic orchestration of business processes is desirable
