Requirements:
- 4–10 years of experience in Java development
- Strong experience with Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, microservices, distributed systems, and object-oriented programming
- Strong React.js experience; proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI, and Redux or Context API
- Hands-on experience developing and consuming REST APIs; knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, API gateways, integration frameworks, JSON, XML, and third-party integrations
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB; exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI-assisted development platforms; understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-based automation
- Exposure to integrating AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or other AI APIs
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Preferred: Docker and Kubernetes knowledge; Agile/Scrum experience; familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions; experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
- Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations
- Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and product teams to deliver solutions
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React.js and modern front-end frameworks
- Integrate AI services and intelligent automation features into enterprise applications
- Use AI-assisted development tools and generative AI platforms to improve productivity and code quality
- Maintain application security, scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development and production environments
