Senior MEP Superintendent - Data Center

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent, including a history of successfully leading, teaching, and mentoring others
• Ability to understand and follow plans, project specifications, design documents, code requirements, and related construction documents
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• At least 6 years of construction superintendent experience; 10+ years may substitute for a degree
• Skills in project scheduling, planning, organization, and document control
• Strong communication and organizational skills, particularly when managing subcontractors and inspectors
• OSHA certification and in-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling programs, and document management
• Candidates may receive additional consideration for 10+ years of superintendent experience, Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6) experience, experience on projects over $20 million, English-Spanish bilingual ability, and willingness to travel throughout the US

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead superintendents, project field engineers, and other field staff
• Administer and control permit documentation
• Review and understand subcontractors scopes of work
• Coordinate safety meetings and take overall responsibility for project safety
• Manage project access and traffic
• Inventory, coordinate, and arrange rentals of tools and equipment
• Coordinate and schedule project testing, maintain related records and certificates, including concrete and soil testing
• Communicate daily with the project manager, project construction manager, and project field engineer about progress, subcontractor performance, quality assurance and control, and reporting
• Prepare three-week look-ahead schedules and update the master schedule with the project construction manager
• Complete daily log reports in Procore
• Maintain as-built drawings for final submission
• Coordinate and schedule project inspections
• Conduct final inspections and ensure proper closeout documentation
• Perform quality control of installed materials and equipment
• Manage site layout and benchmark control

Potential locations include Pennsylvania, Kansas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Texas, Florida, Iowa, and Wyoming, with additional locations added as we grow.
